I'm a television producer with a company in Colorado called The Light Group. We are working with another film company here called Shadow Play Films to produce a new TV series for the A&E Network featuring blended families. We are conducting a nationwide search for a blended family (or family-to-be) to be featured on this new reality TV show.

I wondered if you, or anyone you know, might be interested in the opportunity to bring blended families (a 21st century Brady Bunch) to a national audience. The show is not to be exploitative but rather entertaining. The producers are obviously interested in the entertainment value of “living” with a blended family for a time but are sensitive to all of the complications inherent in mixing it up from extended families to day-to-day living adjustments.
