Trail Mix Snack
1 (15 ounce) box seedless raisins
1 (12 ounce) can Spanish peanuts
1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips (may substitute carob
chips)
Mix the ingredients together for a high energy, nutritious snack.
State Fair Frozen Chocolate Bananas
1/3 cup chopped peanuts or granola
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 large banana
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave or in a small
saucepan over low heat. Cut the banana into thirds and push a
wooden stick into the end of each piece. Roll the banana in the
melted chocolate or frost it with a knife. Roll in peanuts or
granola and place on wax paper. Freeze. Wrap in foil to keep
longer.
Stuffed Apple

Peanut Butter
Raisins
Core a washed apple. Mix peanut butter with raisins and stuff
the apple with the peanut butter mixture. Can slice the apple
and serve, or eat it whole. Enjoy!
Tanya's Pizzas
1 package refrigerator biscuits, flaky are good
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Favorite toppings: pepperoni, Italian sausage, hamburger, mushrooms,
green pepper, sliced olives
Preheat oven to 425° and grease a cookie sheet.
Roll out each biscuit on a floured surface to make a 4-inch
circle. Place
on baking sheet. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of sauce onto each biscuit
and spread to cover biscuit. Sprinkle with cheese. Add favorite
topping. Bake for about 10 minutes.
