Beef Tips with Onions
1 pound beef tips
1 jar small white onions, drained (about 12 ounces)
1 can (10 1/2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope beefy mushroom soup
3 tablespoons red wine (optional)
1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master (browning/seasoning sauce)
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve with noodles, potatoes, or rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
