BeautiControl Cosmetics – A direct sales company specializing in skin care products, cosmetics, and image services.

How much time is involved? Is this business kid and family friendly? How? The time involved is decided by the consultant. She/he can put as much or as little time into it as desired. Appointments can be scheduled around the needs of family. If you want a day off, just ask yourself and say “yes”. What do you like best about your business? The thing I like best about BeautiControl are the products. I have been using them for over 15 years so that means I am selling something that I absolutely love. I also love meeting new people and building relationships. What is a realistic show sales average? A realistic average for show sales is $250, sometimes more, sometimes less

How much does it cost initially? What is the refund policy? Ongoing expenses? Hostess gifts?
Initially it costs $250 to sign up as a consultant. The consultant kit includes over $500 in full-size products, sales literature and tools, training, discounts, and more. Ongoing expenses would include anything related to the business such as advertising, travel, shipping, packaging, hostess gifts, long distance phone calls.

How much commission do you receive? How do you advance to leadership?Commission is based on career level and sales of personal recruits. Advance to leadership by selling and recruiting and being consistent. Do you keep your own inventory and make deliveries? Keeping inventory and making deliveries is optional. I keep inventory because I don’t want my clients to have to wait for their products. I also make deliveries in my area because it’s a service to my clients.

What’s the minimum requirement to stay active?
A consultant remains active by placing a minimum $100 retail order within a 120-day period. The 120-day period begins the month following the last order.

What skills and experience is required? What kind of training do you receive when joining? The only skills required are a friendly, helpful, personality and a love of the products. Training is part of the sign-up package. It is a one-day training held all over the country every month.

How are your products or services sold? Can you sell online? Can you advertise online? What are the restrictions for selling? Products are sold in home-party situations such as our Spa Escape or Image classes. Personal consultations are also a good way to give personal attention to your clients. Products can be sold on-line via a company approved website like mine http://www.beautipage.com/georgia This website is free for 6 months after a consultant signs up with the company. There are restrictions for selling and advertising. Products cannot be sold in situations like a garage sale, flea market, or at a retail establishment. All of this is covered in the consultant guide. Approved advertising material is provided by the company. The company has regulations, but they are willing to work with you.
